Those that work out with us all know that Cadence is highly involved. She loves doing the skills, trying to work on her gymnastics, and can actually be quite the little motivator when you need some; she also helps relieve some the tension for the newbies who are in fear of the unknown. All that said, I decided to share with you some of her favorite workouts.
She does it all: rope slams, toes to bar, rope climbs, sit ups, jumping jacks, and row.
She's starting out early so CrossFit Games you better watch out :)
